<li>Mascarpone, Zucker, Mark, Saft und Schale der Zitrone mit Erdbeernektar gut glatt verrühren.</li>
<li>Die Auflaufform mit Klarsichtfolie auslegen und etwas Creme aufstreichen. Biskotten im Nektar gut einweichen und eng in die Form schlichten. Wieder etwas Creme darauf streichen und so weiter schichten bis man 3 Schichten Creme und 3 Schichten Biskotten hat wobei man mit der Biskottenschicht endet.</li>
<li>Mit Folie abdecken und am besten über Nacht im Kühlschrank durchziehen lassen.</li>
<li>Aus der Form stürzen, Folie abziehen und entweder im Ganzen mit den Erdbeeren ausdekorieren oder portionieren und mit Erdbeeren ausdekorieren.</li>

<li>Eier trennen. Eiweiß mit Zucker steif schlagen und die Dotter mit der Mascarpone cremig rühren. </li>
<li>Beide Komponenten vorsichtig vermengen und zum Schichten beginnen. </li>
<li>Rum und Kaffee verrühren und die ersten Biskotten damit tränken und die Auflaufform damit auslegen. </li>
<li>1/3 der Creme darauf verstreichen und eine weitere Schicht getränkte Biskotten. </li>
<li>Diesen Vorgang wiederholt man bis man mit dem letzten drittel Creme abschließt. </li>
<li>Mit Folie abdecken und im Kühlschrank am besten über Nacht kühl durchziehen lassen. </li>
<li>Vor dem servieren mit Kakao besieben und portionieren. </li>
