<li>Das Mehl und die weiche Butter in einer Schüssel bereitstellen, die Milch erwärmen und darin die Germ auflösen. Zucker, Ei und Salz zum Mehl geben und alles zu einem glatten Teig verkneten.</li>
<li>Abgedeckt für ca. 30 Minuten rasten lassen, Teig soll sich verdoppeln. Das Backrohr auf 190°C vorheizen.</li>
<li>Nochmals zusammenkneten (wenn Teig zu weich ist, noch etwas Mehl hinzufügen), in 100 g Stücke Portionieren und den Restteig beiseite legen.</li>
<li>Um die Hasen zu formen nimmt man eine Portion, formt eine 35 cm lange Stange die sich zum Ende verjüngt. Die Stange zu einem U-formen, die rechte Hand hält die Oberen Spitzen fest und die linke dreht den unteren Teil um 360° sodass 2 Windungen entstehen. Jetzt sollte es aussehen, das der Unterteil der Körper ist und der Oberteil die Ohren.</li>
<li>Auf Blech wegsetzten, mit versprudeltem Ei bestreichen und aus dem Restteig 10 gleiche Teile portionieren, zu Kugel formen, in Kristallzucker wälzen und als Schwänzen dem Hasen auf dem Körper andrücken.</li>
<li>Im Rohr backen für ca. 15 Minuten.</li>
