				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Das <strong>Café Werndl</strong> liegt an einem besonderen Platz in Steyr – genau dort, wo Enns und Steyr zusammenfließen. Von außen unscheinbar, entpuppt es sich innen als klassisches Stadtcafé. Typisches älteres Holzmobiliar, Teppichböden und Sitzbänke mit Lederbezug prägen das Bild. Alles wirkt gepflegt und in gutem Zustand, ohne Schnörkel oder moderne Experimente. Zwei Gasträume sind durch ein Sichtfenster voneinander getrennt, was dem Lokal eine klare Struktur gibt. An den Wänden hängen Bilder und Urkunden, die an eine lange Tradition erinnern. Bei schönem Wetter lädt auch ein kleiner Garten vor der Türe zum Sitzen ein.</span></p>
<p>Das Angebot in der Vitrine ist eher überschaubar und wirkt am Vormittag fast ein wenig wie eine Resteverwertung. Ich habe mich für die <strong>Cremeschnitte</strong> entschieden – eindeutig hausgemacht, was schon die Optik verrät. Leider dürfte mein Stück vom Vortag gewesen sein. Der Blätterteig war schwer zu durchstechen, die Creme an den Seiten leicht angetrocknet und zu stark geliert. Positiv war die erfrischend erkennbare Marmeladenschicht, die etwas Leichtigkeit hineinbrachte. Der Deckel war klassisch mit Fondant abglasiert – traditionell, schlicht, ohne Überraschung.</p></div>
