<li>Backrohr auf 190 °C vorheizen. </li>
<li>Butter und Schokolade vorsichtig schmelzen. </li>
<li>Eiklar mit Zucker, Salz und Vanille cremig schlagen. Die Dotter in die geschmolzene Schoko-Butter einrühren und vorsichtig unter den Eischnee mengen. </li>
<li>Mehl und Haselnüsse unterheben und auf ein Blech verstreichen. </li>
<li>Im Rohr flott backen für ca. 12 Minuten. </li>
<li>Herausnehmen und für 1 Minute stehen lassen. Ein weiteres Backpapier nehmen, dieses mit Zucker bestreuen und die Roulade darauf stürzen. </li>
<li>Papier abziehen, mit Marmelade gut bestreichen und einrollen. </li>
<li>Überkühlt mit kochender Marmelade bepinseln und in Kokosette wänden. </li>

<li>Backrohr auf 190 °C vorheizen.</li>
<li>Aus den Zutaten einen Mürbteig kneten und zu einem Ziegel geformt, in Folie verpackt, im Kühlschrank 1 Stunde rasten lassen. </li>
<li>Den Teig auf ca. 2 mm Stärke ausrollen und mit einem Tropfenausstecher ausstechen, aufs Blech legen und im Rohr für ca. 10 Minuten backen. </li>
<li>Ausgekühlt mit der passierten Marmelade zusammensetzten. Die weiße Schokolade vorsichtig schmelzen, die Kekse der länge nach halb tunken und mittig eine ganze Mandel hinsetzen. </li>

<li>Alle Zutaten schnell und kalt zu einem schönen Teig verkneten. Das Rohr auf 180°C vorheizen.</li>
<li> 2 gleichschwere Teile abwiegen, diese je zu einer Rolle formen von 20 cm, durch Kokosette rollen sodass außen ein Kokosmantel entsteht. Im Kühlschrank für ca. 30 min rasten lassen.</li>
<li> Aus jeder Stange 20 Scheiben teilen und diese auf ein Backblech legen und für ca. 15 Minuten goldbraun backen.</li>
<li>Herausnehmen und abkühlen lassen. Zum aufbewahren in einem luftdichtem Geschirr lagern.</li>

<li>Backrohr auf 185°C vorheizen. Backblech mit Backpapier belegen und beiseite stellen.</li>
<li>Butter in der warmen Milch flüssig machen. Mehl mit Backpulver vermischen. Eier mit Zucker, Salz und Vanillezucker cremig schlagen.</li>
<li>Mehlmischung unter die Eier heben und Flüssigkeit unterheben. Auf das Blech verteilen und für ca. 15 min backen.</li>
<li>Nebenbei Milch, Butter und Zucker aufkochen und Kokosette einrühren. Auf den noch warmen Kuchen streichen und nochmals ca. 5 Minuten backen.</li>
<li>Heraus nehmen und auskühlen lassen vorm genießen.</li>

<li>Milch, Butter, Zucker, Salz und Vanille vorsichtig erwärmen aber nicht kochen. Mehl in eine Schüssel geben mit den Dottern, Germ in der Flüssigkeit aufrühren und alles zu einem glatten Teig verkneten. Ein Geschirrtuch darüber geben und solange rasten lassen bis sich das Volumen verdoppelt.</li>
<li>Nochmals zusammenkneten, und auf dem Tisch mit Mehl auf die Größe 45&#215;40 ausrollen. Weiches Nougat vorsichtig auf der Oberfläche verstreichen, Kokosette gleichmäßig verteilen und aufrollen wie eine Schnecke.</li>
<li>Hierbei wird die 45 cm Seite aufgerollt sodass man daraus 9x 5 cm Stücke schneiden kann. Ofen auf 190°C vorheizen. Nochmals rasten lassen für ca. 15 min.</li>
<li>Mit Hilfe eines Kochlöffelstiel wird jetzt in der Mitte eine Vertiefung gedrückt und auf ein Backblech geschlichtet. Mit Wasser dünn bepinseln und mit Kristallzucker bestreuen. Ca. 20 min backen bis die Krapferl eine goldene Farbe bekommen.</li>
