<li>Backrohr auf 200 °C vorheizen.</li>
<li>Die entkernten Äpfel mit der Schale nach oben im Rohr so lange braten bis die Schale Farbe bekommt. Darf ruhig leicht schwarz werden. </li>
<li>Öl, Amaretto, pflanzliche Milch und die gerösteten Äpfel miteinander mixen. </li>
<li>Mehl, Zucker, Vanille, Salz, Zitrone, Backpulver, Gewürz und 80 g gehackte Nüsse miteinander trocken verrühren. </li>
<li>Den Ofen auf 180° C zurück schalten, eine Gugelhupfform ausfetten und bereitstellen. </li>
<li>Die Flüssigkeit wird mit der Mehlmischung gut verrührt und in die Form einfüllen. Für ca. 45 Minuten backen lassen. </li>
<li>Aus Zitronensaft und Zucker eine Glasur anrühren, den erkalteten Kuchen damit glasieren und mir den restlichen gehackten Walnüssen bestreuen. </li>

<li>Backrohr auf 170 °C vorheizen.</li>
<li>Leinsamen, Wasser und Bananen mixen und für 15 Minuten stehen lassen.</li>
<li>Eine Backform ausfetten und bereitstellen.</li>
<li>Alle Zutaten bis auf Kakao miteinander gut vermengen und diese Masse halbieren. Einen Teil färbt man mit dem Kakao ein und füllt wild durcheinander die Backform mit heller und weißer Masse.</li>
<li>Glatt verstreichen, mit einer Banane die halbiert ist dekorieren und für ca. 55 Minuten backen.</li>

<li>Die kalte Flüssigkeit in die Eismaschine geben und je nach Maschine für ca. 50-60 Minuten laufen lassen bis es zum Eis wird. </li>
<li>In einem Geschirr mit Deckel im Tiefkühler aufbewahren oder sofort genießen. </li>

<li>Backrohr auf 180 °C vorheizen.</li>
<li>Zucchini mit der Schale pürieren, mit allen Zutaten für den Boden glatt verrühren, sofort in einen 24 cm Tortenreifen einfüllen und für ca. 45 Minuten backen.</li>
<li>Vegane Creme mit der Vanilleschote steif aufschlagen. Den erkalteten Boden 2x durchschneiden, 1 Boden davon in den Tortenreifen legen und dünn mit Marmelade bestreichen, 1/3 der Creme darauf verstreichen und mit 50 g Mandeln bestreuen.</li>
<li>Einen weiteren Boden einlegen, mit Marmelade bestreichen, wieder mit Creme bestreichen und 50 g Mandeln bestreuen.</li>
<li>Mit dem letzten Boden abdecken, etwas Creme obenauf verstreichen, Reifen abziehen, mit der restlichen Creme schöner einstreichen und mit den restlichen Mandeln einstreuen.</li>
<li>Die gut durchgekühlte Torte mit Beeren und Obst nach belieben ausdekorieren.</li>

<li>Alle Zutaten für den Streusel flott verkneten und im Kühlschrank bereitstellen.</li>
<li>Den Backofen auf 190°C vorheizen. Für den Boden alle Zutaten glatt zu einem Teig verrühren. Auf ein Backblech gleichmäßig verstreichen und mit den Ribisel bestreuen.</li>
<li>Den Streusel aus dem Kühlschrank darüber verteilen, können ruhig grobe Stücke auch sein, und für ca. 45 Minuten backen bis der Streusel eine braune Farbe bekommt.</li>
<li>Kuchen erkaltet portionieren und genießen.</li>

<li>Backrohr auf 170 °C vorheizen. </li>
<li>In einen Topf gibt man Agavendicksaft, Zucker und Milch und bringt das Ganze zum Kochen auf 115 °C (ca. 5 Minuten volle Stärke). </li>
<li>Äpfel in kleinere Stücke schneiden. Ceres in die fertig gekochte Masse mit einem Stabmixer einmengen für 1 Minute. </li>
<li>Alle anderen Zutaten werden gut untergemengt und in die mit Backpapier ausgelegte Backform verteilt und leicht angedrückt. </li>
<li>Im Backrohr für ca. 35 Minuten backen, herausnehmen und ganz erkalten lasse. </li>
<li>Aus der Form nehmen, Papier abziehen und in kleine Portionen je nach belieben schneiden und in einem luftdichten Behälter lagern.</li>

<li>Backrohr auf 170 °C vorheizen, Die Kranzform mit Backspray ausfetten und mit den Mandelhobeln ausstreuen. </li>
<li>Geriebene Mandeln und Backpulver in einer Schüssel gut vermengen und die ganzen Mandeln grob gehackt unterrühren. </li>
<li>Wasser mit Öl, Salz, Vanille und Zucker verrühren bis sich alles aufgelöst hat. </li>
<li>Mehl in die Flüssigkeit einrühren, zu einem glatten Teig vermengen und für ca. 5 Minuten stehen lassen damit das Mehl etwas Andicken kann. </li>
<li>Jetzt die restlichen Zutaten unterrühren und in die Backform gießen und sogleich ins Backrohr schieben. </li>
<li>Herausnehmen, ein sauberes Geschirrtuch darüber legen und etwas rasten lassen. Herausstürzen und sobald er erkaltet ist luftdicht verpacken. Dieser Kuchen kann schnell bröselig werden je länger er steht. </li>

<li>Wasser, Salz und glattes Mehl in einem Messbecher mit dem Stabmixer gut vermengen sodass es einen glatten Teig ergibt. </li>
<li>Circa 5 Minuten stehen lassen. Inzwischen eine Pfanne mit Beschichtung auf die Herdplatte stellen und heiß werden lassen. Zur Sicherheit die Pfanne mit ein wenig Pflanzenöl ausfetten und den Teig dünn in die Pfanne einfließen lassen und dabei schwenken sodass sich der Teig gleichmäßig verteilt. </li>
<li>Auf beiden Seiten gut anbacken, herausnehmen und nach belieben mit Marmelade oder einem Aufstrich dünn bestreichen und einrollen. </li>
<li>Die Palatschinke lebt von der Fülle, nur noch anzuckern und servieren. </li>

<li>Zwetschken und Mandeln hacken und unter die Mehlmischung rühren.</li>
<li>Auflaufform mit etwas Öl auspinseln und mit Mehl ausstauben.</li>
<li>Mehl, Öl und Wasser mit den Trockenbestandteilen gut verrühren, in die Form gießen und für ca. 30 Minuten backen.</li>
<li>Herausnehmen, überkühlen lassen und bei Bedarf anzuckern.</li>
